Victor David Hecht, b. Paris, lived in NYC, 1873 - 1931.

Studied - Académie Julian-Student, Art Students League of New York.

Exhibited - Pa. Academy, Art Institute of Chicago, Society of Independent Artists, National Academy of Design, Corcoran Gallery etc.

This early modernist watercolor is pencil signed and dated 1926.

Ireland lived on the Philadelphia Main Line and exhibited at the Stabler gallery during the 1950's in NYC. She is listed in "Women Artists in America".
